About The Local Gringo

Hi my name is Harrison and if you get to know me you can call me H. I am a young traveler with a passion for Central America. As soon as I turned 18 I packed my bag and left home to travel the world as a bartender. For a few years I worked in different countries meeting locals and having the time of my life.

I loved bartending but over time I realised my true passion was travel. I spent every spare moment researching trips routes and destinations until it became clear that being a travel advisor is what I am meant to do. And not just any travel but luxurious adventure travel.

I have already visited parts of Central America and am planning a longer journey soon to deepen my knowledge build local connections and strengthen the network that makes my trips unique. My goal is to eventually base myself there so I can truly be The Local Gringo and show people the best way to experience this incredible region.
